Taggified respects copyright and expects every user to do the same. This page explains what you may and may not upload, generate, or download.

Do not use copyrighted images or prompts

You may not upload, paste, or generate from material you do not have the right to use. That includes:

Copyrighted photos, artwork, screenshots, movie stills, videos, or other media you did not create or license
Prompts that copy protected scripts, lyrics, books, or other copyrighted text
Requests to recreate a specific copyrighted character, logo, film, show, or artwork as if it were yours
Celebrity likenesses, trademarks, or brand assets used without permission

Only use images and prompts you own, that you have a license for, or that are clearly free for this use. If you are not sure, do not use it.

Your content

You keep rights in original prompts, images, videos, and edits you lawfully create on Taggified. You are solely responsible for that content. By using the Service you represent that your uploads and prompts do not infringe anyone else’s copyright or other rights.

Taggified’s marks

The Taggified name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. You may not copy them, remove them from our pages, or imply that Taggified endorses your work without written permission.

Watermark and downloads

Videos on the public homepage play with a Taggified logo and cannot be downloaded.
The free 5-second preview on a new account also plays with the logo and cannot be downloaded.
If you buy seconds and generate videos on your own account, you may download those videos without the logo.
Watching a homepage clip is not a license to scrape, re-host, or sell it.

Takedowns

If you believe content on Taggified infringes your copyright, email support@taggified.com with a description of the work, the URL or story ID, and your contact details. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
