Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using taggified.com (the "Service") operated by Taggified ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Taggified.

2. Description of Service

Taggified provides an AI-powered Instagram content scheduling and automation platform. Features include: AI-generated images and captions, post scheduling, Instagram account management, and subscription-based billing.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@taggified.com.
One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices may change with 30 days prior notice sent to your registered email.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Post content that violates Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Publish spam, misleading, hateful, violent, or illegal content
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Resell access to the Service without written permission
Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features use third-party models (including xAI/Grok and OpenAI). You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content. Content ownership of AI outputs is subject to the terms of the respective AI provider.

7. Instagram Integration

Taggified is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Use of Instagram's API through our Service is subject to Instagram's Platform Terms. We are not responsible for changes to Instagram's API that affect functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

The Taggified platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload. You grant us a license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT POSTS WILL ALWAYS PUBLISH SUCCESSFULLY TO INSTAGRAM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGGIFIED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll provide at least 14 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
