These Terms govern your use of Taggified at taggified.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.
Taggified lets registered users generate short AI videos from text prompts and optional images, continue those clips into longer stories, and download results. Video generation is provided through Grok Imagine Video. Features, models, and available durations may change.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Generations consume prepaid seconds (credits). Purchases are billed through Stripe according to the package you select. Seconds are for use on the Service and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we automatically refund a failed generation.
You keep rights in original prompts, images, and videos you lawfully create. You grant Taggified a limited license to store, process, generate, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including homepage showcase clips you or an admin publish).
You may not use copyrighted images or copyrighted prompts. Do not upload photos, artwork, screenshots, or other images you do not own or have a license to use. Do not paste or generate from protected scripts, lyrics, books, characters, logos, or other copyrighted material. You represent that every image and prompt you submit is original or properly licensed. We may refuse, remove, or suspend accounts for copyright abuse. Details are in our Copyright policy.
Do not use Taggified to create illegal, exploitative, or harmful content; to impersonate others without permission; to attempt to break or overload the Service; or to reverse engineer third-party models. We may refuse or remove generations that violate these rules or Grok’s usage policies.
AI video is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other users’ results. You are responsible for how you use generated videos. Taggified does not guarantee uniqueness, commercial clearance, or uninterrupted availability of the Grok API.
The Taggified name, logo, and site design are ours. You may not copy the platform or imply endorsement without permission. Homepage videos, and the free 5-second preview included with a new account, play with a logo overlay and cannot be downloaded. If you buy seconds, you may download the videos you generate without the logo. Watching a homepage clip is not permission to scrape or redistribute it.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service or third-party APIs.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request deletion of your profile.
